Father’s Ed is a self-paced, on-demand video course.
You’ll have lifetime access but, the real clock on you is your baby’s due date. You can still get value from the course after your baby is born, but we strongly recommend you complete it ahead of time—firstly, there’s key info about the pre-birth time and the actual birth, secondly, you aren’t going to have a whole lot of free time afterward.

For any brand new Dad, this is an excellent course!
I took this a couple months before our first child was born and it really gave me a great overview of all the basics that you need to know as a new parent.
I also love that they include a lot of comments on how Dads can support their partners, which is honestly almost a bigger job than what the baby needs in the first few months of life.

Father’s Ed is a great course that is made very accessible while remaining extremely informative! At times there is some more explicit language used, and often I felt like the courses were a little stiff, as he was clearly reading a prepared script.
Still, paired with the partner workbook, it is a great guide for all new dads.
Fathercraft is a must for new Dads, and it’s also a great refresher for second kids if it’s been a while since the infant stage. Watching helped me feel so much more prepared and block out the noise from all the unhelpful information the internet and ads try to tell you. The Dad jokes are awesome and keeps the course fun.
