If you don’t feel like our online course was worth your money anytime within 90 days from purchase or 90 days after your baby’s birth date, whichever is later, we’ll refund your money. Simple as that.
Physical products: 90-day returns
We accept returns and exchanges of new and used physical products within 90 days after delivery, whether or not the item is defective. This includes the Fathercraft Bag, the Fathercraft Sling, and our other physical products.
Returns are sent by mail. You pay the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
